Hello Sir @bob , My G7Q South GNSS RTK receivers keep displaying the message “Restricted Area, please update code” whenever they are turned on. However, the receivers were working perfectly when I first bought them.
The receivers already have a permanent expiry code, so this issue is confusing. When I checked the E-Fence expiry time, it is set to China-20500101.
I suspect that the configuration may have changed and the system might now be restricting operation outside China, which is affecting its use here in Ghana.
I will attach some pictures to help you better understand the problem.
Please, could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue?
