Not receiving RTK GNSS South G7 and Survstar app

Looking for urgent assistance to connect my South G7 base to received RTK connection. My base say it is transmitted the data but my rover is not receiving RTK correction. I get the DGNSS or Single solution. I cant get the fixed solution. Both my G7 receiver and H6 controller have the permanent license. The app also have permanent license.
Please i need urgent assistance. Maybe there is something im doing wrong.

It happened to me recently that I was measuring, and suddenly I started getting a single solution. I have the first-generation G7. After swapping the base and rover, I realized that only one receiver was failing. I restarted it several times, but the issue wasn’t resolved.

So, I performed a self-check. It didn’t work the first time, but on the second attempt, it started working. (If it hadn’t worked on the third attempt, I was going to do a factory reset, but luckily, it started working.)

Try running that self-check from the WebUI by accessing it via the controller’s Wi-Fi.

After several attempts it finally wor. So just to share the solution was that i did a factory reset first then set one base and the other as rover. Align the sa parameters including protocols and frequency. Then trough the controller i start the base using wifi direct from the receiver and start the base and also switch to rover via wifi direct. Then go to work mode and i get the fix solution. So i then use the rover with controller using Bluetooth mode and it work just fine. So i think it was all about the setting i must be doing wrong.
