Hi, does anyone have experience running this tablet with SurvStar / SurvX 4 / FieldGenius for Android? To control GNSS SOUTH G7.
Alternatively, has anyone tried controlling a drone with Dronelink with this tablet?

I ran some tests. The programs on the tablet are running. I couldn’t get SurvStar to switch to landscape view…
FieldGenius has limited features compared to SurvStar/SurvX, but it has nice support for the JTSK/Krovak/EPSG 5514 coordinate system. Load DXF in JTSK, direct stake out from DXF.
SurvStar has nicely crafted tables for GIS collection.
SurvX needs a special license to run GIS functions.
I would like to collect complete data, geometry(code drawing) including descriptive information in the field. All of this to be exported probably in SHP format which can be converted to a classic output, coordinate list/drawing on the computer.
Does anyone have experience with this style of measurement, or a link to process such data?
