I can't connect to the RTK network with my Kolida k1 pro

I am trying to connect to a RTK network but when I attempt to get my mount point it does not find it.

I work with a Kolida k1 pro

What am I doing wrong or what should I do?

Hi @anon69519491,

Do you have an active internet connection? Without internet you’ll be unable to fetch the mountpoints from the server and thus make a connection to receive correction data

Yes after I was able to establish a internet connection it was able to find the mount point😄.
